Our services to candidates are absolutely free!

Some unscrupulous work-from-home 'agencies' make a charge to candidates.  HEA-Online believes that no-one should have to pay to get work;  That's why our service is free to candidates.  You never pay us a penny.

Submit your details and C.V.

There are two ways you can submit your details to us; the first, and preferred, is to use the online Candidate Registration Form.   Alternatively, you can telephone one of our offices, and we'll post you a paper one.

Of course, we can also accept your C.V. online, too.  There is a space on the form for you to 'paste' it in.  You can even e-mail it, or post it to us if you like.

Browse Vacancies

Our latest vacancies are always displayed on our Online Vacancies page.  If you want to be considered for a particular vacancy, all you need to  e-mail us. It's really simple and very quick.  If we already have your details, you won't have to type them in again - you can just give us your name and post-code and we'll get your details from our database.

How it works

Once you have submitted your details to us, they are transferred onto our computer database system.  When a potential employer asks us for candidates, we match their requirements up with the skills and abilities of the people on our database, and produce a list containing the best candidates for the job.  This list is supplied to the client, minus any personal details such as name or address etc, for them to view.  They then notify us of any candidates they wish to know more about.  Before supplying any personal details, we will contact you to discuss whether or not you are interested in the position on offer.  If so, we will include your details on the short-list.  You may be required to attend an interview, or speak to the client over the telephone, before they decide to take you on.   That's all there is to it.
